Essay - My Favourite TV Programme

Introduction: TV is a great source of entertainment. A wide range of programmes of varied interest is telecast on TV. Some programmes are entertaining and some are educative. Like other people, I like to enjoy TV. But all programmes are not favourite to me.  

Favourite programme: I have a favourite TV programme. Its name is 'Ittadi'. It is a magazine programme. Now let us discuss why the programme is favourite to me.  

The programme: Hanif Sanket is the host of the programme. He is a great cultural figure in this country. He is a born artist.His inborn skill has helped him to make the programme popular. The programme is sponsored by Keya Cosmetics Limited.  

Items: There are many items in this programme. These are songs, fun, interviews, quiz programmes for the spectators and so on. World's famous buildings, ancient relics and historical places are also shown in this programme. The viewers learn a lot of things from them. The most interesting item is the fun between a grandmother and a grand son. They make us laugh through their dialogue and activities. We realize that they criticize our society through laughter.  

The programme inspires me. It shows some disabled people who are working hard. It proves that man's success depends on his strong will. Sometimes, the programme gives money to the disabled people. I feel deeply grateful at this. The programme sometimes finds out talented singers. It introduces new singers all over the country.  

Conclusion: In fine, I must say that 'Ittadi' is my favourite programme. The way Hanif Sanket presents the programme is very interesting. I learn a lot from the programme. I never miss it.  

রচনা - আমার প্রিয় টিভি অনুষ্ঠান

ভূমিকা : টেলিভিশন বিনোদনের একটি বড় উৎস। টিভিতে বিভিন্ন ধরনের মজাদার অনুষ্ঠান বৃহৎ পরিসরে সম্প্রচার করা হয়। কিছু অনুষ্ঠান বিনোদনমূলক এবং কিছু শিক্ষামূলক। অন্যদের মতো আমিও টেলিভিশন উপভোগ করতে পছন্দ করি। কিন্তু সব অনুষ্ঠান আমার প্রিয় নয়।  

প্রিয় অনুষ্ঠান : আমার একটা প্রিয় টেলিভিশন অনুষ্ঠান আছে। এর নাম 'ইত্যাদি'। এটা একটি ম্যাগাজিন অনুষ্ঠান। কেন অনুষ্ঠানটি আমার কাছে প্রিয় তা আমি এখনে আলোচনা করছি।  

ইত্যাদি অনুষ্ঠান : হানিফ সংকেত অনুষ্ঠানের আমন্ত্রণকারী। তিনি এদেশের একজন সাংস্কৃতিক প্রতিমূর্তি। তিনি একজন জন্মগত শিল্পী। তার সহজাত দক্ষতা তাকে অনুষ্ঠানটি জনপ্রিয় করতে সাহায্য করেছে। অনুষ্ঠানটি কেয়া কসমেটিকের সৌজন্যে প্রচারিত হয়।  

অনুষ্ঠানের প্রকরণ : এ অনুষ্ঠানের অনেকগুলো বিষয় রয়েছে। এগুলো হলো দর্শকদের জন্য গান, কৌতুক, সাক্ষাৎকার, কুইজ অনুষ্ঠান এবং আরো অনেক কিছু। বিশ্বখ্যাত দালানকোটা, প্রাচীন ধ্বংসাবশেষ এবং ঐতিহাসিক স্থানসমূহ এ অনুষ্ঠানে দেখানো হয়। সেগুলো থেকে দর্শকরা অনেক কিছু শিখতে পারে। নানি-নাতির মধ্যে কৌতুক সবচেয়ে মজাদার বিষয়। তারা তাদের সংলাপ এবং কর্মকাণ্ডের মাধ্যমে আমাদের হাসায়। আমরা মনেকরি তারা হাসির মাধ্যমে আমাদের সমাজকে সমালোচনা করে।অনুষ্ঠানটি আমকে অনুপ্রেরণা যোগায়। অনুষ্ঠানটি কিছু অক্ষম মানুষে দেখার দ্বারা কঠোর পরিশ্রম করছে। এটা প্রমাণ করে যে মানুষ তার ইচ্ছার উপর নির্ভর করে সফলতা লাভ করে। মাঝে মাঝে এম লোকদের টাকা প্রদান করা হয়। আমি এত গভীর। মাঝে মাঝে অনুষ্ঠানটি প্রতিভাবান গায়কদেরকে খুঁজে বের করে। শিল্পীদের সারা দেশে পরিচয় করিয়ে দেয়।  

উপসংহার : পরিশেষে আমি অবশ্যই বলব ইত্যাদি আমার প্রিয় অনুষ্ঠান। স্থান সংকেতের অনুষ্ঠানটি উপস্থাপনের পদ্ধতি অত্যন্ত  আমি অনুষ্ঠান থেকে অনেক কিছু শিখি। আমি কখনো অনুষ্ঠানটি দেখার সুযোগ হারাই না।

তামাদির ক্ষেত্রে প্রতারণার ফলাফল তামাদি আইনের ১৮ ধারা

প্রতারণা কাকে বলে?  তামাদির ক্ষেত্রে প্রতারণার ফলাফল আলোচনা কর ।  মামলা করার অধিকারের পুবে মৃত্যু হলে তার ফলাফল কি?  বিরুদ্ধ বা জবর দখল মতবাদ অলােচনা কর।  বিরুদ্ধ দখল বা জবর দখলের উপাদান কি কি?  স্বত্বের অধিকার কখন বিলুপ্ত হয়? জবর দখলের দাবি দখলকারী কি নিরঙ্কুশ বা চূড়ান্ত স্বত্ব প্রদান করে। দলিল ব্যতীত অন্যের অস্থাবর সম্পত্তি অর্জনের আইনগত বিধান আলােচনা কর। প্রতারণা (Fraud) কাকে বলে  প্রতারণার কোন সংজ্ঞা তামাদি আইনে দেয়া হয়নি। তবে ১৭ ধারা পর্যালােচনা করে বলা যায় প্রতারণা হচ্ছে এমন কোন উক্তি বা কাজ, যা উক্তিকারী নিজে সত্য বলে বিশ্বাস করে না, কিন্তু অপরকে সত্য বলে বিশ্বাস করাতে চেষ্টা করে এই উদ্দেশ্যে যে, সে নিজে লাভবান হবে এবং অন্যকে ঠকাবে। ব্রিটিশ কমন ল' অনুযায়ী প্রতারণা হলাে মিথ্যা জেনে বা কোন কিছুর সত্যতা যাচাই না করে কোন তথ্য সম্পর্কে এই উদ্দেশ্যে বর্ণনা করা যে, অপরপক্ষ সেই অনুসারে কাজ করবে এবং সেই কাজটি করে সে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে। তামাদির ক্ষেত্রে প্রতারণার ফলাফল । তামাদি আইনের ১৮ ধারা অনুযায়ী যেক্ষেত্রে কোন ব্যক্তি মামলা দায়ের করার অধিকারী ...
