Answer

An Essay on “Difference Between Online Class and in Campus Class”

Introduction:

No nation can prosper without education. Besides, Education is our fundamental right. Illiteracy is compared to darkness and it is a curse. Nobody wants to live in darkness. So education should be provided to every citizen in any situation.

At present due to Covid-19 Pandemic, educational institutions are closed down in our country as like most of the other countries of the world. Like other countries, online classes are being conducted in our country also. Online class is virtual class but in campus class is actual class. Both are significant in imparting knowledge.

Difference Between Online Class and in Campus Class:

Online Classes:

Online class is virtual class which refers to that class held through online with the help of internet. Online classes are conducted by social media platform like Facebook, YouTube, Google classroom, or Zoom Meeting etc. These online classes are stored in social media archive so that we can get those online classes whenever we need them by searching the web browser.

In Campus Classes:

In Campus class is actual class which refers to that class held in our campus or in classrooms of our educational institutions in presence of teachers or instructors and the students or learners. Students sit in front of teachers and teachers give lectures physically addressing them.

Pros and cons of online and In campus classes:

Both of Online classes and In Campus classes have advantages and disadvantages. To give education to the students is the target of both of them but they greatly differ in the effect of learning. In Campus classes, we can communicate physically and directly with the teachers, we can ask any question and get any answer on the topic from the teachers and they can get feedback from us and can pinpoint our problem and instruct us how we can overcome it.

But Online Class is different in this aspect. We can not ask any question during online, we only hear and see our teacher on the screen of our smart phone. In developed countries, online classes are more interactive than ours, where students can directly ask questions and teachers can see all the students on the monitor and can detect any inattentive student. To make online classes success, we need internet facilities, less internet cost, high speed, access to smart phone for all students and teachers. Only then Online Class will bear success otherwise we will get a little learning from a giant source of education which is online classes. Only Government can make it possible for a better Digital Bangladesh.

My experience during covid-19 pandemic:

During covid-19 pandemic, I am attending my classes online . Our teachers are doing their best and we are also trying our best to remain engaged in education online. I face some problems in attending online classes like running out of MBs and can not view all classes with my affordable internet package. Some of my fellow students have no smart phone so they have to borrow from others. My teachers take live class and I enjoy the class very much. Some teachers upload videos which is very good in presentation. Online Class is the best in one sense and that is, we do not feel bored or disturbed as it happens In Campus classes. I can get the class any time I need from the internet searching web.

Conclusion:

Both the classes whether Online or In Campus are very interesting but Online Class is more interesting and enjoyable. Covid-19 Pandemic has not kept us away from education, but we are on the track of education by Online Class. We continue our education even at this pandemic situation.
